Sorry, but I have no idea why this isn't working for some of your users. It appears that Windows is not sending the domain or user name information for the logon event. I can't explain that. Sounds like a question for MS.

You could try logging off an back on and seeing if the same thing happens. You might want to find some aspect of these failing users that is the same (group policy setting, account property, etc).
